If your request to have your driver's license restored has been denied by the Administrative Hearings Section (DAAD), it may be possible for you to appeal their decision. This is handled through the circuit courts in various counties, depending on which county you are a resident of.

In-person hearings are held only at three circuit court locations in Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Livonia.
